Cancelled and postponed events

1.1 Cancelled Event

If an event is cancelled by the organizer without a replacement date (i.e., no alternative date is offered for which the tickets remain valid), you, as the purchaser, can return your tickets to Front Row Events in accordance with the refund policy and will receive a refund where applicable. To facilitate the return of your tickets, please note the following information:

  • Generally, tickets can only be returned to the point of purchase. If you purchased the tickets at a box office or ticketing partner , you must return them there.
  • Refunds will only be issued to the original ticket purchaser, i.e., the person who purchased the tickets through our website .
  • The refund will be processed within 60 days of submitting the refund form.

1.2 Postponed Event

If an event is rescheduled, you can return your tickets in accordance with our terms and conditions and receive a refund where applicable. Please note the exceptions below. To facilitate your ticket return, please observe the following guidelines:

  • Generally, tickets can only be returned to the point of purchase. If you purchased the tickets at a box office or ticketing partner , you must return them there.
  • If you purchased the tickets through our website , the tickets must be sent to us along with a completed refund form.
  • We recommend always sending ticket returns by registered mail .
  • The tickets and the refund form must be submitted to us in physical form before the event date of the rescheduled date.
  • In some cases, specific deadlines apply. You can find these deadlines in our email announcing the postponement.
  • For eTickets or tickets purchased with the "Collection" delivery option , submitting the refund form via our contact form is sufficient. Submitting the eTickets themselves is not necessary.
