Canceled and postponed events
1.1 Canceled event
If an event is canceled by the organizer without substitution (i.e. an alternative date for which the tickets remain valid is not promised), you as the purchaser can return your tickets to Front Row Events within the framework of the refund conditions and receive a refund in the corresponding cases. To make it easier for you to return your tickets, please note the following information:
- You can generally only return tickets to the place where you purchased them. If you purchased the tickets at an advance booking office or from a ticket partner, you must also return the tickets there
- Refunds will only be made to the original ticket purchaser, i.e. the person who purchased the tickets via our website.
- The refund will be made within 60 days of sending the refund form.
1.2 Rescheduled event
If an event is postponed to a new date, you can return your tickets in accordance with our General Terms and Conditions and receive a refund in the relevant cases. Please note the exceptions below. To make it easier for you to return your tickets, please note the following information:
- You can generally only return tickets to the place where you purchased them. If you purchased the tickets at an advance booking office or from a ticket partner, you must also return the tickets there.
- If you have purchased the tickets via our website, the tickets must be sent to us together with a completed refund form.
- We recommend that ticket returns are always sent by registered mail.
- The tickets and the refund form must be received by us in physical form before the event date of the replacement date.
- In some cases there are special deadlines to be observed. You will find these deadlines in our e-mail announcing the transfer.
- For eTickets or tickets purchased with the pick-up delivery method, it is sufficient to submit the refund form via our contact form. It is not necessary to send the eTickets.
